Manager Dougie Freedman believes there is still more to come from his Wanderers side

The Whites visit Leicester City on Tuesday night targeting their ninth win in eleven league games following Saturday’s 2-1 win at Bristol City.

Pleased with the progress his team are making, Freedman is preparing for another difficult away day but is confident Bolton can claim their fifth win on the road this season.

The boss said: “I am happy because of the way things are going for the fans, they have had a rollercoaster season so I am happy they have seen some progression with their team.

“Hand on heart we have still got more to come; there are spells where we are playing very well, for example like we did against Wolves and Barnsley.

“I am looking forward to a performance of 90 minutes where we play at our full potential. I am always looking to try and set high standards and I believe we are on the right path.

“I am happy with the way our results are going but I am looking forward to seeing this team fulfil their potential.

“We prepare in a certain way, no matter the occasion, we have our own standards and performance levels. We are looking forward to the match and we have got players who are in form, structured and know exactly what their roles are.

“We have a good spirit in the camp and we are riding high in confidence. We know it is a game we have to take seriously because they have got threatening players and can hurt you, we will be approaching it in the same manner and it is a game we are capable of winning.”
