The Whites host Paul Ince’s men in their final game of the regular campaign knowing all three points will all but seal their place in the top six
With a ninth consecutive home win in sight for Wanderers, Freedman said: “We have prepared for the game the same way as usual.
“Our programme over the last month has seen our training intensity come down, we have had our programme planned for many months and we have done exactly what we have planned.
“Our preparation has been the exact same, the lads are relaxed and fresh. We have been in this position for the last three months having to win football matches so they are very comfortable what they have to do on Saturday.
“I know exactly what Blackpool are and what we are going to do against them. We have the team we are going to play, I haven’t told the players because I want to keep them on their toes.
“The good thing right now is I am sitting comfortable. If I have to call Stuart Holden in for the final minutes for the Cardiff game he knows what he is doing.
“If I have to call on Josh Vela, who wasn’t playing one month ago, I am confident because of how Josh has been training.
“Blackpool will be trying to finish the season on a high and that will be Paul Ince’s team talk. Paul will be looking for his team to finish on a high; they are professional people.
“We have to make sure we have the right balance in terms of attack and defending, we need to make sure we know their strengths and weaknesses, so there is no way we are taking Saturday’s game lightly.
“In the last three games we have played with direction and the players have seen a light at the end of the tunnel.”
