Bolton Wanderers are pleased to announce details of the brand NEW Club Membership scheme for the 2011/12 season.
The NEW '5 - 1' Club Membership scheme will be FREE to join for supporters. The new format of the scheme is aimed to encourage wider levels of adoption and participation and broaden access to the many benefits of the membership scheme.
Once fans have purchased tickets for 3 Barclays Premier League Home matches they will be automatically sent a membership card and become members of the scheme.
Features and benefits of the scheme include:
- A FREE Home Barclays Premier League match ticket once 5 Home Barclays Premier League matches have been attended
- TeamCard points awards
- Free entry to Home Reserve Team games
- Exclusive member promotional offers and much more!
The FREE match ticket can be claimed from Bolton Central either over the phone or in person once tickets have been purchased for 5 different Barclays Premier League matches.There are a small number of conditions of the scheme but the emphasis is to encourage attendance for those supporters who can't get to every Home game.
Members of the Lifeline scheme will move over to the new Membership Scheme structure for 2011/12 season.

How do I become a member?
Once you have purchased tickets for 3 Barclays Premier League Home matches you will be

If I buy tickets for 5 consecutive games, then will I have to take the free ticket for the next game?
No, the FREE ticket can be claimed at any point during the season once the initial 5 games have been purchased. The only condition is that the games have to be Barclays Premier League Home fixtures.
How do I claim my free ticket once I have attended 5 other games?
Once you have attended 5 Barclays Premier League games then you will be eligible for the free ticket for a further Home Barclays Premier League game.
To claim the free ticket, please contact Bolton Central in person or over the telephone and let us know which game you would like to attend for free.Your previous purchases will be verified and then the free ticket will be sent to you.
If I buy 5 tickets for category C priced games, can I claim a free ticket for a higher category game?
Yes, even if you purchase 5 tickets for category C priced fixtures then you can claim a free ticket for any other category of game as long as it is a Barclays Premier League home fixture.
If I sit in different areas of the ground for each game when I buy my 5 tickets, where will I be able to get my free ticket?
Regardless of which area you buy tickets for, you'll be able to claim a free ticket in any Home section of the ground. The only condition will be that seating is subject to availability in that particular section of the ground.
If I buy 5 tickets for one game, can I claim my free ticket?
No, the scheme is aimed at encouraging attendance at every fixture and therefore multiple purchases for an individual game will not be eligible for a free ticket.
However, if multiple tickets are bought for 5 different Barclays Premier League games, then the same multiple of purchased tickets will be available as free tickets.
For example, if you buy 3 adult tickets for 5 different Barclays Premier League games then you can claim 3 free tickets for the 6th game.
If I buy Over 65s tickets for 5 matches, can I claim a free adult ticket?
No, you can only claim a free ticket in the same age category that you have bought.
Therefore if you buy a range of age category tickets over 5 different fixtures then you have to have bought 5 of the same age category before the free game ticket is available.
For example, you couldn't buy 2 adult tickets and 3 Under 18s and then claim a free ticket.You would have to buy 3 more adult tickets or 2 more Under 18s tickets to trigger the free ticket offer.
If I buy tickets for myself and friends, can they also join the membership scheme?
We can only offer the membership scheme to those supporters that we know and therefore we will be encouraging all supporters to let us know their full contact details, so that they too can take advantage of this great offer!
Can I get my free ticket in a different season to when I buy the tickets?
Yes, if you buy 5 tickets within one season then you'll be able to claim your free game in the following season.
