PROCEDURE
Supporters and Customers can help 'BWFC Against Racism' by reporting racial chanting, abuse or harassment in a number of ways:
On match days:
- Contact the nearest Steward or Police Officer
- If you have a mobile phone call 01204 673 673
- Text BOLTW RACISM followed by your racism report, and preferably seat numbers of culprits to 88442
On non match days:

Providing seat numbers, the area of the stadium and good evidence is critical in tracing the offenders. All reports of racial abuse/harassment will be followed up by the Police and/or Club in the most appropriate way and in strict confidence.
