On this page you will find information for supporters who have additional needs as a result of disability.
Bolton Wanderers have an excellent reputation for ensuring all customers enjoy their visits to the Reebok Stadium.
Your match day experience is important to the Club. Our aim is access and inclusion for all. Disabilities are wide-ranging and some not always visible; the emphasis on removing barriers to ensure accessibility to services and facilities has changed the focus to enable you, where possible to come to a match independently here at Bolton Wanderers. All social, retail and hospitality facilities at the Reebok Stadium are accessible.
Stewards can provide assistance helping you in and out of the stadium, purchasing refreshments, safe evacuation and escorting to and from the toilets and kiosks. Some people need a little more help and so an Assistant ticket can be provided on request.
Ticket prices are the same as standard prices for all supporters. Concessions apply for junior and senior tickets but not specifically for those with a disability.
It is helpful if you or your representative tell us any needs you have at the time of purchasing a ticket for home and away matches. This is to ensure you are as comfortable as possible and located appropriately. Whilst Bolton Wanderers pride themselves on having a large number of disability spaces available it is always advised to purchase as early as possible in the weeks leading up to the game of your choice to avoid disappointment.
For your comfort, tickets can be collected on match day inside Bolton Central if they haven't been posted earlier, rather than at the general card collection windows. A mini-com and a loop system are situated in Bolton Central also.
Tickets can be purchased from Bolton Central at the Reebok Stadium and from the JD store, Market Place, Bolton Town centre.Tickets can also be purchased using the Ticket Office Hotline number 08448 712932; by fax 08448 712931 (include ticket requirements, payment details and a contact telephone number); or by post (include payment and a stamped addressed envelope).
Disability tickets are available in both the North Stand Lower and the West Stand Lower tier. Bolton Wanderers also offer the opportunity to watch the matches behind glass, out of the elements, in our Duke of Lancaster's Regiment Suite, situated on Level 2 of the stadium, in between the North and East stand.
Please note that those who act as Assistants must purchase a ticket when attending a match alone as the Assistant Ticket will not be valid.
Assistants under the age of 16 should notify the stewards at the point of entry, of their location in the ground, in case help is required e.g. during an emergency.
