EL-HADJI DIOUF may return to the Wanderers squad in time for Saturday's Barclays Premier League trip to Reading after Senegal crashed out of the African Cup of Nations.

The Wanderers forward didn't take part in his nation's final group game against South Africa, which ended in a 1-1 draw and wasn't enough to see either side through to the next stage of the competition.
