Bumper Crowd Expected For Rovers Clash

Posted on: Thu 16 Oct 2008

Saturday's Lancashire derby against Blackburn Rovers is set to be watched by a bumper crowd following the fantastic response by the Bolton fans to the cut-price tickets.

Thousands of supporters have taken advantage of the reduced price to view the match in the North and South Stands for the visit of Paul Ince's side, on what coincides with the launch day of the brand new FanZone in the Premier Suite.

The pre-match entertainment area for all attending home fans has been well received, with supporters already handing in their flags which will be draped across the North Stand and throughout the FanZone.

A Club spokesman said: "This Lancashire derby should be a really special occasion and we are hoping the atmosphere will match or even surpass the scenes we all experienced when Arsenal visited the Reebok a few weeks ago.

"It's clear that the supporters really do make a difference and Gary Megson has stressed how they can underestimate the role they play."

The Club is advising supporters that the FanZone has a capacity of 1,000 and are urging them to arrive early.

Don't miss out on Saturday's events - purchase your tickets now for the big game. Phone the Ticket Office direct on 0844 8712932 to reserve your seat.
