90+4 mins - Mike Dean blows for full-time and Wanderers are beaten 2-0 at the Britannia Stadium. See you in 10 days when Bolton are back at the Reebok to entertain Fulham.

90+2 mins - Thomas Sorensen makes yet another superb save, this time flinging himself to his left to turn Johan Elmander's volley behind for a corner.

90 mins - The fourth official indicates four minutes of injury time to be played. A big groan goes up from the home supporters.

88 mins - Jussi Jaaskelainen sprawls himself in front of Glenn Whelan to prevent the score from becoming 3-0. Jlloyd Samuel was caught in possession and James Beattie unselfishly squared to his team-mate.

84 mins - Kevin Davies heads Mark Davies' free-kick into the stomach of Thomas Sorensen. It's looking like one of those nights for Bolton.

81 mins - Steinsson makes way for Ariza Makukula as Gary Megson goes gung-ho in the last ten mins.

80 mins - Ibrahima Sonko's thunderous header beats Jaaskelainen and thuds against the crossbar.

78  mins - A booking for Andy O'Brien for a high challenge on Ricardo Fuller.

77 mins - Beattie almost makes it three, side-footing wide on the volley from 10 yards out.

73 mins - Goal for Stoke! Ricardo Fuller doubles Stoke's advantage, pouncing on Jaaskelainen's brilliant save from Glenn Whelan's long range shot.

73 mins - 26,319 is the attendance tonight.

71 mins - Third change of the evening by Tony Pulis as Andy Wilkinson departs and Ibrahimo Sonko is introduced.

69 mins - Wanderers have a goal disallowed as Matty Taylor's corner is bundled over the line. Presumably it's for a foul on goalkeeper Thomas Sorensen.

68 mins - Salif Diao is replaced by Amdy Faye in the Stoke midfield.

67 mins - Gardner is sent crashing to the ground instantly by Andy Wilkinson. Rightly so, the full-back is yellow carded.

66 mins - Muamba off and Gardner on for Bolton.

64 mins - Deliberate foul by Salif Diao on Johan Elmander. He should have been booked for that challenge

63 mins - Wilkinson charges forward from right-back and hits a low skidding shot that clips Gary Cahill and goes behind for a Stoke corner.

58 mins - Change for Stoke as Ricardo Fuller replaces Mamady Sidibe.

56 mins - Glenn Whelan slices a shot wide from distance. The Stoke players and fans claim that he was tugged back by Fabrice Muamba, but Mike Dean as none of it.

50 mins - Kevin Davies swings at one wildly from distance. Its rolls harmlessly wide of Sorensen's goal.

48 mins - Early Wanderers pressure as Gretar Steinsson goes close with a rasping drive from a tight angle.

46 mins - The interval is over and we are back underway. The blizzard as stopped too and playing conditions are seemingly a lot better than they were looking a few minutes ago.

45+1 mins - That's it, Mike Dean blows for half-time.

45+1 mins - Just as the fourth official signals one minute of stoppage time, the snow begins to fall at the Britannia.

45 mins - For the second time this evening, Matt Taylor forces Sorensen into a brilliant save. This time it was from a free-kick 25 yards from goal. The number seven managed to get it up and over the Stoke wall, only for Sorensen to dive low to his left to turn the ball behind for a corner.

37 mins - The Bolton players shout for a handball against a Stoke defender inside the penalty area. The appeals for a spot-kick fall on deaf ears as Mike Dean is unmoved. He only seems to give penalties against us!

34 mins - The home side force a series of corners which Bolton deal with well via some dogged defending.

32 mins - Danny Higginbotham's inswinging cross evades everyone as Jussi collects inside his own six-yard box.

29 mins - Ryan Shawcross is out-muscled by Gary Cahill and Andy O'Brien, but still manages to head Liam Lawrence's free-kick over the bar.

26 mins - Matt Taylor forces Sorensen into a neccessary save from a crisp left-foot volley. The Danish goalkeeper did well to hold the ball as a couple of Bolton players were ready to pounce on any fumble.

22 mins - After the early setback, Wanderers begin to knock the ball around comfortably. A nice passing move ends with Elmander volleying over the bar from 25 yards out.

17 mins - Superb tackle by Fabrice Muamba on Liam Lawrence, who had intercepted Jlloyd Samuel's pass. If the England U21 international hadn't made that challenge then the former Mansfield man was well on his way to setting up another attack for Stoke.

14 mins - Goal for Stoke! James Beattie strides onto Glenn Whelan's header through the middle of Wanderers' defence to convert calmly past Jaaskelainen from eight yards out.

11 mins - A much more difficult save by Sorensen this time as he sprawls to his right again to palm Johan Elmander's stabbed finish around the post. Kevin Davies and Matt Taylor combined fantastically down the left before Taylor delivered an inch perfect cross for the Swede to stretch onto.

10 mins - Mark Davies has Bolton's first shot on goal from just outside the box. It's tame and Thomas Sorensen dives to his right to make a comfortable save.

8 mins - Fabrice Muamba overhits his slide-rule pass when trying to pick out Mark Davies. A bit less weight and Elmander might have been in on goal.

7 mins - Matt Taylor heads Liam Lawrence's inswinging cross behind for a corner. It's been a positive start by the Potters.

4 mins - Another huge throw by Delap, however it's striaght down Jussi's throat and the Finnish keeper catches easily.

3 mins - Andy O'Brien and James Beattie have a tussle before the Irishman puts the ball out for a throw. It's the first time we witness Delap's missiles, but Bolton defend strongly and the ball eventually falls behind for a goal kick.

2 mins - Wanderers look to get an early foot on the game in midfield as Mark Davies and Fabrice Muamba pass the ball around confidently. Jlloyd Samuel miscontrols and Stoke get a throw deep in their own half.

7.45pm - We are underway at the Britannia as Stoke kick-off.

7.16pm - Our live broadcast on Wanderers World has just started ahead of the kick-off in 30 minutes time, so join us now by clicking here!

7.15pm - The teams have been announced and the news is that manager Gary Megson as named a completely unchanged matchday squad, with the same starting line-up and the same substitutes' bench from the weekend victory over Newcastle.

As expected, long throw expert Rory Delap returns for Stoke following a three-match suspension. Abdoulaye Faye, who had a couple of years with Bolton, also makes a comeback for the Potters after recovering from injury.

7.14pm - There can be no excuses for missing any of the action tonight - the press facilities here are first class. We've got a spot just to the right of the halfway line with a monitor on almost every single desk. The amenities here are almost as good as we have at the Reebok!

7.14pm - Not too sure on how many fans have made 50 mile journey this evening, but the away end is starting to fill up nicely.

7.13pm - A straight forward trek down here this evening for the Bolton Wanderers media team. We've arrived in Stoke more than two-and-a-half hours before kick-off and that was with a stop-off at Keele Services for a KFC tea! It's a bit chilly, but thankfully there is no sign of the snow that we left behind in Bolton late this afternoon.

7.10pm - Hello and welcome to the Britannia Stadium for yet another significantly important match in the Barclays Premier League. Another three points tonight and Bolton will make momentous strides in preserving their top-flight status for a ninth consecutive season. But Wanderers aren't looking down, with a win tonight possibly taking them up to eighth in the table subject to results elsewhere in the six other Premier League taking place around the country.
