Zat Knight says that Bolton are looking to continue their unbeaten run when they tackle Manchester United this weekend.
Gary Megson's side are currently on the back of a series of results that has included three wins and two draws in their last five matches.
Those performances have also reaped 11 goals, and Knight believes that they head to Old Trafford in good shape after securing the home draw against Tottenham last time out.
He said: "I feel that we should have beaten Spurs - a team that is in form - and we made them look average. We were the better team on the day and should have come away with more than we did.
"We know that Saturday is going to be a tough match. We have to go there with the same belief that we have shown recently, and that is that we can go to Old Trafford and get something.
"They drew against Sunderland in their last game at home and it looks like they might have a few injuries, and that might be a benefit to us.
"When you are upset at losing against Liverpool then it shows just how far we have come. That says a lot about the manager and how he approaches training and the mentality that he instils in the players.
"We never take anything for granted, we prepare well and we keep on going, and that has been evident in the run that we have been on."
