Ricardo Gardner is aiming to make it a hat-trick of victories at Old Trafford when Wanderers tackle the Champions on Saturday afternoon.
Bolton have succeeded twice at the home of Manchester United since earning promotion back to the Premier League, and the long-serving midfielder has played in both of those victories.
And he believes that they can earn another positive result given the team's recent good form.
"They were unbelievable games and great memories to have. I was happy to be in that team and it would be fantastic to think we could do something like that again this Saturday," explained Gardner, who notched his first goal of the season in the previous outing against Spurs a fortnight ago.
"I have been here a while now and I hear people talk about these games. This is a big one for the club, for the fans, and it is massive for us as players as well.
"We want to go to Old Trafford and make people, and ourselves proud. We are enjoying our football at the moment, so hopefully we can come away with something.
"It would be great to go there and get another famous result."
