Hello and welcome the City of Manchester Stadium ahead of tonight's clash between Bolton and Manchester City.

The teamsheets are hot off the printer and the news stemming from the Wanderers camp is that Owen Coyle has made three changes from the 0-0 draw with Fulham at the weekend.

It appears the Bolton will operate in a 4-4-2 formation with Johan Elmander selected to partner Kevin Davies in attack.

Jack Wilshere is handed his debut while Gretar Steinsson returns at right-back. Sam Ricketts looks set to partner Zat Knight at centre-half.

The players to drop out of the side are Matt Taylor, Andy O'Brien and Mark Davies. All three occupy places on the substitutes' bench.

Adam Johnson and Patrick Vieira make their first starts for Manchester City.

Bolton: Jaaskelainen, Steinsson, Knight, Ricketts, Robinson, Chung-Yong, Muamba, Cohen, Wilshere, Elmander, Kevin Davies (Subs: Samuel, Taylor, Gardner, Mark Davies, Al Habsi, Basham, O'Brien)

ManchesterCity: Given, Bridge, Zabaleta Johnson, Barry, Vieira, Adebayor, Toure, Tevez, Kompany, de Jong (Subs: Onuoha, Ireland, Wright-Phillips, Taylor, Sylvinho, Petrov, Lescott)
