Hello and welcome to the Reebok Stadium for the 19th and final time in the Barclays Premier League this season as Wanderers conclude their campaign against top-half chasing Birmingham City.

This afternoon the Bolton players will all be kitted out in the new home strip for the next season, after it went on sale just over a week ago.

The teams have been announced and Owen Coyle, as expected, included Stuart Holden in his matchday 18. There is an unchanged starting eleven, with the American taking his place on the substitutes bench.
