Gary Cahill's strike against Manchester City in December won Goal of the Season and the defender's consistent level of performances also meant that he walked away with the Media Player of the Season gong too.
Kevin Davies was up on stage twice as he collected the Golden Boot prize for scoring nine goals this season, while the skipper was joined by Jack Wilshere to collect the Team Performance award for the 2-1 victory away at West Ham United in March.
