Become The Wanderers World Cup Blogger

Posted on: Wed 12 May 2010

We are searching for the next Alan Hansen and Andy Townsend by offering football fans the chance to become their club's official blogger for South Africa this summer.

You will have the opportunity to blog for your club throughout the summer and letting your fellow fans know your insights, views, and opinions on the summer's football action.

From Zaire's Ilunga Mwepu bizarrely booting Brazil's free-kick away in 1974 to Rivaldo's dodgy dive against Turkey in 2002, as well as fans' own experiences, we want supporters to send their funniest World Cup memories in 150-200 words to blog2010@football-league.co.uk.

A winner from all the entries will be selected to a club blogger and we expect the winning submission to be:
-
Funny
-
Display knowledge of football
-
Ensure adequate spelling and correct use of grammar
-
From a supporter of the club

So send your "Funniest World Cup Moment" entry to blog2010@football-league.co.uk including details of the club you support and contact details.

Individual must be over 18 and terms & conditions apply

The closing date for the competition will be 17 May 2010.
