David Ngog says that he will naturally be looking to hit the headlines this weekend by scoring against Liverpool, although he was quick to stress that he will simply be viewing Saturday as any other game.
The 22-year-old striker is set to play against his former team-mates for the first time since swapping Anfield for the Reebok Stadium in August.
Since completing his move on transfer deadline day, Ngog has endured a stop-start few months, with a couple of minor knee injuries restricting him to just ten Premier League starts and a further six appearances from the bench.
The ex-Paris St Germain frontman has, however, bagged a couple of important goals against Wigan Athletic and Everton.
And while he is keen for that to continue on Saturday, he would take more satisfaction in three points for Bolton rather than any personal accolades.

"I'm playing against my old club, but as a professional you have to have the feelings that it is nothing different and that it is like any game on a Saturday," said Ngog. "It's one we want to win, like any other match.
"I'm starting to feel more comfortable about being in the side and I think the team is generally doing better and improving.
"Now we have to keep the consistency and try to win game after game. It's not going to be easy but things are looking good.
"I'm looking forward to playing against Liverpool. I'm good friends with everyone at Anfield, particularly Martin Kelly and Martin Skrtel.
"I'm a striker and I want to score goals. It would be special if I do at the weekend, but winning and climbing out of the bottom three in the league table is much more important."
