Bolton Wanderers Football Club have today announced the launch of a new TeamCard website and online marketplace providing a greatly enhanced service to Wanderers TeamCard holders.

From today, BWFC TeamCard holders can now access the TeamCard website (www.teamcard.co.uk) and interactively review all card related activity and transact on-line with over 50 major retail partners from the comfort of their PC.

The TeamCard website and Marketplace can also be accessed directly through the Wanderers official website.

The On-line capabilities will include:

Checking of transaction history and cardholder balances.
 
The ability or opportunity to earn TeamCard points with a raft of new on-line blue chip partners including top names such as John Lewis, Boots, PC World, Dixon's, Curry's River Island, Alders, easybet.com and many more high street retailers.
 
Checking ticketing entitlements, and relinquishing games, (which season ticket holders cannot attend) for re-sale. Further details coming soon on this new initiative.

The marketplace will feature a range of fantastic offers from the Club's many TeamCard partners.

Bolton Wanderers were the first club in the world to introduce multi functional smart card technology, which combines both a highly secure turnstile mechanism with arguably football's most successful loyalty scheme.

Since the launch of the loyalty scheme in October 2001, Bolton Wanderers has awarded over seven million TeamCard points, which equates to over £70,000 of football cash to BWFC TeamCard holders.  This is a clear demonstration of how successful this has been in lowering the cost of football to Wanderers supporters.

TeamCard not only acts as a season ticket for its 19,000 season ticket holders, the TeamCard also acts as a loyalty system issuing reward points from various retail outlets throughout the country.
