Bolton Wanderers swooped to secure Dorian Dervite's signature in the summer of 2014 with the Frenchman agreeing a three-year deal with the club.

The 25-year-old, who plied his trade with Charlton for the last two seasons, made 75 appearances and scored five goals during his time at The Valley.

Dervite started his professional career with Tottenham, before leaving to sign for Spanish side Villarreal.

He has also represented France at every youth level through to the under-21s.

After initially finding himself on the substitutes' bench at the start of the 2014/15 season, an injury to David Wheater allowed Dervite to establish himself as first choice in the Whites back-line alongside Matt Mills.
