Bolton Wanderers completed the signing of Liam Feeney following the expiration of his contract with Millwall in the summer of 2014.

The flying winger impressed during a brief loan stint with Wanderers early on in the 2013/14 campaign, with Dougie Freedman moving to tie up a permanent two year deal for the 28-year-old.

Feeney initially carved out a career in non-league football with Hayes and Salisbury City before making the step up to the Football League with Bournemouth in 2009.

He played an integral role in the Cherries’ promotion from League Two under Eddie Howe, before after another successful season at Dean Court prompted Kenny Jackett to sign him at Millwall in the summer of 2011.
