Bolton Wanderers acquired the services of striker Lukas Jutkiewicz on loan from Middlesbrough in the January 2014 transfer window.

A product of Southampton's academy alongside Real Madrid star Gareth Bale and Arsenal's Theo Walcott, Jutkiewicz joined Swindon Town as a teenager and went on to make his professional debut for the Robins aged just 17.

Before long however, the Premier League came calling in the form of Everton where the striker went on to spend three years - a stay which was interspersed with loan spells with Plymouth Argyle, Huddersfield Town and Motherwell.

After making just a solitary appearance for the Toffees however, Jutkiewicz signed for Coventry City in the summer of 2010, enjoying a successful 18 month stint at the Ricoh Arena before joining Middlesbrough, initially on loan, before making the move permanent shortly after.
