Bolton Whites Set to Host Global Football Tournament

BOLTON WANDERERS Football Club and Bolton Whites Hotel are delighted to be hosting the World Final of the IberCup – one of the largest International Youth Football tournaments on the planet –at the University of Bolton Stadium and Bolton Wanderers’ Eddie Davies Academy training ground.

The best youth teams from all over the world will be taking part in this exciting global tournament during May 2019.

Over 300 teams will participate, many of which will stay at the award winning Bolton Whites Hotel and benefit from the world-class facilities with the winners being crowned World Champions. 

Suzanne Speak, General Manager of Bolton Whites Hotel, said: “We are absolutely delighted to be staging such a prestigious youth football tournament.

“Bolton Whites Hotel has a strong track record of hosting youth teams from all over the world through our Pro Club Experience programme which offers teams a unique opportunity to live and train like a professional footballer.

“We are looking forward to World Final of the IberCup and would like to wish all the participants the best of luck.”

Bolton Council is also delighted to be supporting the tournament.
