Squad Visit JW Christmas Party

Bolton Wanderers manager Dougie Freedman and club captain Kevin Davies led the first team squad to the annual Junior Whites Christmas Party in the Premier Suite on Tuesday evening.

Players including Stuart Holden, Keith Andrews, David Wheater and Darren Pratley joined the manager on stage as they were introduced to their young fans before answering a few festive themed questions about what they want for Christmas, their best and worst presents and their favourite film to watch over the holiday period.

The Bolton boss and his team then took their seats at the side of the stage as the 350 excited Junior Whites fans in attendance queued up to have their calendars, pictures and shirts signed by their favourite players.

Whilst the signing session was taking place, the children were also entertained by Lofty, singers, a bouncy castle and a visit from Father Christmas before taking part in a quiz and other Christmas themed games.

Speaking at the end of the party Kevin Davies said: “I always enjoy bringing the lads down to the Junior Whites parties and this one seemed even busier than usual! All of the children seemed like they were having a great time and I speak on behalf of all the team when I say that we all enjoyed spending time with them at their Christmas Party.”
