Club's International Soccer School in recent visits to North America, Caribbean and Europe
The Bolton Wanderers International Soccer School have been branching out across Europe, North America and the Caribbean in an attempt to help develop the footballing skills of thousands of children around the world.

Bolton Wanderers International Soccer School Manager Dave Bailey recently returned from two separate visits to America spreading the Wanderers word at word in Virginia Beach and at Thoroughbred Soccer Club in Louisville.
Along with Mick Wild, Dave coached over 300 children and helped build on the relationship between American-based clubs and Bolton Wanderers.
This was the fourth occasion that BWFCISS representatives have visited Louisville to offer their coaching knowledge and football expertise.
But it wasn’t all work as during the visit, Dave and Mick took time out of their coaching schedule to look around the city and visit the famous Mohammad Ali Centre and got the opportunity to watch the University of Louisville American Football team play North Carolina after being welcomed as special guests.
The camp in Virginia Beach reached out to dozens of football enthusiasts as BWFCISS Manager Dave Bailey took his team of coaches to work at the Virginia Rush Soccer Club.
Such was the impressive standard of those involved in the week-long coaching programme that four of the players involved have been invited over to England to participate in the BWFCISS’s annual Grand Skills Final later in the season.
The Bolton Wanderers International Soccer School have also enjoyed a trip to the Caribbean, this time returning from a successful week-long stay on the island of Antigua.
The camp was the launch of ‘Generation Next’ - a new football club on the island, with a vision for the future of Antiguan football.
BWFCISS coaches Lee Bennett and Mark Charlesworth delivered both classroom and coaching sessions to 105 players over the course of the week.
The International Soccer School have also had the pleasure of delivering coaching sessions to 60 of the country’s most talented up and coming players in a recent visit to Poland.
Dave Bailey was joined by coaches Cliff Talbot and Steve Carroll at a residential camp in Wronki, just outside of Poznan.
Training on state-of-the-art facilities, as used by the Poland national side and Lech Poznan, the team of coaches worked with the youngsters over two days.
Bailey said: “It was another successful trip and we are looking to bring many of the players over to England in February of 2013 so we can coach them further here in Bolton.”
The BWFCISS continues to expand and grow, spreading the Wanderers word in all four corners of the world. In 2012, representatives have so far visited, coached and educated people in countries such as Canada, India, Nigeria, South Africa and Colombia.
