Medo - Play your part

Midfielder Medo calls out for the Whites faithful to get behind their side this weekend against Middlesbrough.

“It has been a good playing in front of our supporters,” admitted Bolton’s number 44. “They are loud and their backing has been good.

“You can hear the encouragement that they give and for a player it can have a big impact.

“The Reebok is a great stadium and when the home support start singing the atmosphere is one of the best I have experienced.

"It can make a difference when we are under pressure or pushing forward it can give is the edge to go on and win games.

"We have shown we are a good side with quality and we are prepared to fight for each other and the team. The spirit is strong and we have developed a toughness too.

“The manager has very high standards and makes sure every minute in training has a purpose.

“We have prepared well for Saturday, we know Middlesbrough are a good team and we expect a very competitive game, but we also know that we have
won the last seven games at home and we have a responsibility to our fans to make it eight.”
