Ref watch: Brown takes charge

Match officials confirmed for this weekend’s trip to the Riverside

Mark Brown will take charge of the whistle for this weekend’s game between Bolton Wanderers and Middlesbrough at the Riverside Stadium.

The East Yorkshire based referee has officiated 12 games so far this term across the Football League, handing out 24 yellows and two reds.

His last outing came at the New York Stadium last weekend as Rotherham drew 0-0 at home to Carlisle, with Bolton striker Tom Eaves featuring for the Millers.

It is over a year ago since Brown last officiated a Bolton match, with the Whites running out 3-2 winners against Bristol City at the Reebok Stadium.

David Storrie and Duncan Street will run the line, whilst the fourth official is Alf Greenwood.
