Fans are being offered the opportunity to grace the hallowed turf of Macron Stadium with Bolton Wanderers having once again joined forces with Football Aid.
Helping supporters experience a matchday like their heroes do every week, Football Aid offer the chance to pull on your very own exclusive personalised Bolton Wanderers replica shirt in the official changing rooms, experience the thrill of walking down the tunnel to the sound of a cheering crowd and step out onto the pitch to represent your team – all whilst raising valuable funds for charity.
Since forming in 2001, Football Aid have allowed over 15,300 football fans the chance to live the dream in 578 matches all over the UK, while raising over £2.1million for charity.
The unique concept was the brainchild of businessman and Football Aid Chairman Craig Paterson and funds raised from this year's event will benefit the work of a charitable project nominated by Bolton Wanderers, as well as projects nominated by Football Aid’s parent charity Field of Dreams.
The event has also been supported by a host of former Wanderers players in recent years with the likes of Gavin McCann, Mike Whitlow, Dave Lee, Tony Kelly, Scott Green, Keith Branagan, Glenn Keeley and Nicky Spooner amongst others all lending their support by playing alongside or managing the fans on their big day.
