As part of Wanderers’ half time entertainment for the current campaign, junior teams affiliated with the popular Club Together scheme will go up against each other in a traditional penalty shootout on the pitch, starting with the visit of Sheffield Wednesday this weekend.

With club mascots Lofty the Lion and Lofty Junior acting as goalkeepers, this competition will take part during five fixtures at Macron Stadium this season, with the five winning teams from the heats taking part in Finals Day when Wanderers play Norwich City on April 11.

The overall winners of the challenge will win the Club Together Trophy.

The home fixtures on which the challenge will take place are as follows:

Sheffield Wednesday - Saturday 13 September 2014
Huddersfield Town - Saturday 29 November 2014
Ipswich Town - Saturday 13 December 2014
