Confirmation of midfielder's loan extension with the East Midlands based club
Liam Trotter’s loan with Nottingham Forest has been extended by a further 28 days.
The midfielder has made seven appearances for The Reds since his arriving at The City Ground in October, with the second of his recent temporary moves to the club recently coming to an end.
Trotter has now returned to Forest for a third spell however with the 27-year-old available to Dougie Freedman's side over the upcoming festive period.
