Darren Pratley wins January Player of the Month

Midfielder claims monthly club award after impressing in January

Darren Pratley has won the club’s Player of the Month award for January.

The midfielder played a pivotal role throughout the course of the month, participating in all six of Bolton’s games.

He netted what would prove to be the winning goal away at Sheffield Wednesday.

Pratley also won the penalty which was converted by Eidur Gudjohnsen in the home game against Leeds and the free kick scored by Zach Clough against Wolves.

The 29-year-old claimed the award with 36 percent of the vote.

Clough and Adam Bogdan came in second and third place respectively.
