Information and further details regarding the funeral of former player Harold Hassall
Details for the funeral of former player Harold Hassall have now been confirmed.
Hassall, who featured for both Wanderers and the England national side during the 1950s, passed away in hospital on Friday 30 January.
For those wishing to pay their respects, his funeral will take place at Christ Church, Chorley New Road, Heaton on Wednesday 11 February 2015 at 2.30pm.
This will be followed by a private committal.
Harold's family have requested that no flowers be donated, but if desired donations are welcome to be made to The Stroke Association and/or Langdale Mountain Rescue (cheques only).
