Golden goals: Bolton v Leeds

Goals, a red card and a relegation - watch back all the action from Bolton Wanderers' penultimate home game of the 2003/04 season against Leeds United

Wanderers put in a performance to remember on what was a day to forget when the two sides clashed at Macron Stadium in May 2004.

The visitors, who needed to win to maintain any realistic chance of avoiding relegation, took the lead through a Mark Viduka penalty just before the half-hour mark after Emmerson Thome was adjudged to have brought down Alan Smith in the box.

However, the Australian went from hero to zero in a matter of moments as he was dismissed soon after for a second bookable offence.

Three goals in quick succession shortly after the break, including a brace from World Cup winner Youri Djorkaeff and an Ian Harte own goal, turned the game on its head as Bolton made their man-advantage count, before Kevin Nolan wrapped up the victory for the Trotters late on.
