Golden goals: Bolton 4-3 Reading

Watch back the highlights of Wanderers' memorable 1995 Play-Off Final victory over the Royals

Twenty years ago on May 29, Wanderers booked their place in the top flight of English football with a historic 4-3 victory over Reading at Wembley Stadium.

Despite finding themselves two goals down to the Royals inside 12 minutes, the Whites hit back late on in the second period as Owen Coyle and Fabian de Freitas forced the clash into extra time.

From thereon in, there was no stopping the Trotters as Mixu Paatelainen put Bolton in front before de Freitas struck in the 118th minute, while Jimmy Quinn's last gasp effort was merely scant consolation for the Royals on the day.
