Neil Danns and Max Clayton visit Clarendon Primary School

First team pair take part in PE session held by the Bolton Wanderers Community Trust

Neil Danns and Max Clayton were special guests at Clarendon Primary School on Thursday afternoon, taking part in a PE session hosted by the Bolton Wanderers Community Trust.

Danns and Clayton visited the school, based on the outskirts of Bolton town centre, after Thursday’s training session at Euxton.

Alongside Community Trust ambassador Tony Kelly, the pair took part in a variety of activities as part of a warm up before ending with a small-sided game of hockey.

“It’s always good to get out and about in the local community,” Danns said after the event. “It’s only right that we give our time up to come and meet youngsters who turn out to support us.”

Clayton added: “I enjoyed it. Having spent a bit of time out through injury it’s great to be back out and involved in these kind of community appearances.”
