Wanderers staff to complete cycling challenge for Prostate Cancer UK

Club staff looking to cycle 250 miles in six-hour challenge at Bolton Central on Friday 8 April

Bolton Wanderers staff are raising money for Prostate Cancer UK by completing a six-hour cycling challenge fundraiser later this week.

Taking place inside Bolton Central on Friday 8 April, Trotters staff from around the club will be looking to cycle a combined 250 miles between 10.30am and 4.30pm.

Three spin bikes will be stationed inside the official club store for the challenge, with Football to Amsterdam club representative John Ashley and Tom Young staying on the bikes for the full six hours.

A further 12 members of staff will act as guest-riders in shifts of 30 minutes on the third bike to help achieve the goal.

Members of the public are encouraged to come and show their support, with donation buckets in Bolton Central for customers to donate during the challenge.
