The foundation weekly sessions for children ages one to three years are designed to introduce this age group into football, while the key aspects of social development and hand eye coordination form the focus of the sessions.
The coaches provide a relaxed fun atmosphere to enhance the learning environment, while we aim to develop fundamental movements through the use of a football.
Sessions also encourage parent engagement to help develop the bond with children, with the weekly sessions available at St Joseph’s High School in Horwich.

The foundation sessions are for children ages three to five years and these weekly sessions have been running successfully for a number of years with hundreds of children coming through and developing into young footballers.
The fun educational sessions are delivered by our experienced coaches at Smithills Sports Centre, Bolton, with the coaches ensuring children settle and grow in confidence from week to week.

Weekly Session 5-15
We are delighted to announce that Friday night football will be held up at the Eddie Davies Academy. The weekly sessions for children ages between five and 15 have been successfully running on Friday evenings for 12 years, while a number of children have been attending these sessions for ten years.
The blend of structured coaching in a fun friendly environment enables children to learn new skills and improve their ability at their own pace and with three time options each Friday, there is something to suit everyone.
