Ben Amos made his debut for Charlton Athletic on Saturday as the Addicks opened their 2017/18 Sky Bet League One campaign with a 1-0 win over Bristol Rovers.
The shot-stopper completed the full 90 minutes at The Valley as Charlton overcame an early dismissal to clinch all three points.
Lee Novak was sent off in the sixth minute but the Addicks bounced back as Patrick Bauer's solitary strike sealed the win.
Charlton and Amos are next in action on Tuesday night as they travel to Exeter City in the first round of the Carabao Cup.
