Apply now to take part in the Tower FM High Catch Challenge at Wanderers' Sky Bet League One match against Charlton Athletic on Saturday.
Contestants will be challenged to catch three footballs kicked skywards to win a 2016/17 Bolton home shirt.
There will be three contestants for the challenge, all of whom are required to be aged 18 years or over.
