After picking up four points from back-to-back home games, Wanderers are back on the road on Tuesday night as they travel to promotion-chasing Cardiff City for their game in hand.

The Whites, who ended their wait for a first away victory of the season at Sheffield United in late-December, have only played once on the road so far this calendar year.

Knowing a victory would see them climb to 18th in the Sky Bet Championship table, Bolton will be looking to extend their recent unbeaten run to four matches and build a five-point gap between themselves and the bottom three.
