Ben Alnwick and Connor Hall up for Northwest Football Awards

A selection of Bolton Wanderers players have both been nominated for the 2018 Northwest Football Awards.

After being named Wanderers' Player of the Year 2017/18, Ben Alnwick has been nominated alongside Preston North End's Alan Browne for the Championship Player of the Year award.

Along with the shot stopper, striker Connor Hall has been put up for the Rising Star of the Year.

There are various names vying for this prize, as the forward is up against the likes of Liverpool's Trent Alexander-Arnold and former Whites defender Sam Lavelle.

Hall finished as top goal scorer in the U23 Professional Development League in 2017/18, with 22 goals.

It doesn't stop there for the Whites, as Emma Pilling and Emily Hockenhull from Bolton Wanderers Ladies' are nominated for Women's Player of the Year and Women's Rising Star of the Year respectively.
