Ref Watch: Oliver Langford to officiate Wanderers Friday away clash against Aston Villa

Oliver Langford will take charge of Wanderers’ Sky Bet Championship away clash against Aston Villa on Friday evening.

In his twelfth season as a top flight referee, Langford has officiated 12 games so far this year, in which he has produced 25 yellow cards and sent one player off.

When looking towards last season, Langford produced 121 yellow cards in 39 games, branding five red cards in total.

The last time Langford was in charge of a Whites match was in September of this season, where he oversaw Wanderers 2-1 home defeat to Queens Park Rangers.

In that fixture, Langford booked one player in Craig Noone.

Adam Crysell and Akil Howson will run the line for the fixture, with John Brooks as fourth official.
