Bolton Wanderers are looking for self-motivated Customer Service representatives to work part time hours based at the Clubs’ retail store ‘Bolton Central’ at the prestigious University of Bolton Stadium.
At Bolton Central you will sell BWFC official merchandise, match & event tickets and lotteries to a wide range of customers many of whom will be Bolton fans.
Duties will include selling the full range of products and services in person and over the telephone. Excellent customer service skills are required, a pleasant telephone manner and the ability to work flexibly including match days
ie: weekends, and Bank Holidays is essential.
Hours of work; 4 hours per week - including match days. Additional hours may be necessary at peak trading periods.
