Keith Stroud will officiate Bolton Wanderers' Sky Bet Championship trip to Bramall Lane to play Sheffield United on Saturday afternoon.
Stroud is well into his 16th season as a referee and this will be his 19th game this season, with him having produced 63 yellow cards and two red cards so far.
Looking at his record last season, he produced 134 yellow cards in 33 games, brandishing seven red cards in total.
Stroud’s last game officiating Wanderers saw him referee a 0-0 draw against Stoke City in December at the University of Bolton Stadium.
In that game, he produced five yellow cards, with Josh Vela and Clayton Donaldson penalised for the Whites that day.
John Flynn and Billy Smallwood will be Stroud’s assistant referees on Saturday, with Darren England as fourth official.
