Kit donations required for football match held in tribute to Bradley Matcham

Whites supporters are being asked to donate any Bolton Wanderers replica kit that they can to support a tribute football match in memory of one of the club’s fans.

Bradley Matcham, aged 24, was attacked in Northampton last month and sadly, the injuries he sustained resulted in his passing.

Despite residing away from Bolton, he was a huge fan of Bolton Wanderers with Jussi Jaaskelainen his favourite all time player alongside Gretar Steinsson.

Following his tragic death meanwhile, his family and friends have set about hosting a game of football in honour of Bradley, one which will hopefully turn into an annual event to celebrate his life.

And with that in mind, they are asking supporters of Bradley’s beloved Wanderers if they would be able to donate their unwanted Bolton replica kits so that the teams on the day can run out with the Trotters’ crest proudly emblazoned on their chests – something that would mean the world to Bradley, his family and loved ones.

The match is scheduled to take place on Saturday 13 April, with further information on the event available on its Facebook page HERE.

Those wishing to donate meanwhile can do so by emailing Sam on samcramphorn@gmail.com.
