Bolton Wanderers Football Club sends our thoughts and best wishes to our former player Nicky Hunt who suffered a serious injury whilst playing for Darlington on Tuesday evening.
The defender, who came through Wanderers’ youth system and made over 120 senior appearances for the club in a nine-year spell, was taken to hospital after the incident.
A club spokesperson said: “We send our best wishes and hopes for a speedy recovery to Nicky and his family following the serious injury he suffered on Tuesday evening.”
