Wanderers’ goalkeeper Matty Alexander has joined Lancaster City on a season-long youth loan.
The 19-year-old heads up to Giant Axe to join Mark Fell’s side after making two senior appearances for the Whites, one of which was the memorable 0-0 draw against Coventry City on debut.
Alexander was regularly involved in the first-team squad last season, under the tutelage of Matt Gilks and goalkeeping coach Andy Fairman.
Where fixtures do not clash with Lancaster, Alexander will be available for our Reserves side.
