Well-being and Mental Health during the COVID-19 Pandemic

Following the announcement of a further national lockdown it is more important than ever that we all look after our well-being and that of others around us.

This time around with the shorter days and darker nights and without the weather we all enjoyed during the spring and summer days of 2020 it can feel even more challenging.

With this in mind, we are sharing this booklet which has been produced by partners in Bolton that is full of useful recourses and helpful techniques for looking after your mental health and wider well-being.

At the back of the booklet is a list of contacts both nationally and locally that can offer further support if required.

Over the next few weeks we shall be focusing on further support available through the work we do in the Community Trust.

Please never suffer in silence, support is available.

We shall get through this and there are brighter days ahead but in the meantime look after yourself and others around you and don’t be afraid to reach out.
