Predominantly a right back but also capable of playing in midfield, Mark Little put pen-to-paper on a two-year deal in June 2017 having most recently been on the books of Bristol City.

The former England youth international started his career at Wolverhampton Wanderers, breaking into the Wolves first team during the 2006/07 season before later enjoying loan spells with Northampton Town, Chesterfield and Peterborough United.

Joining the latter permanently in May 2010, the 29-year-old helped the Posh win promotion to the Sky Bet Championship via the play-offs in his first full season at the ABAX Stadium while he was also a Football League Trophy winner with the club in 2014.

Signing for Bristol City in June 2014, he enjoyed immediate success at Ashton Gate as the Robins won both promotion as Sky Bet League One champions as well as the Football League Trophy with Little scoring against Walsall in the final at Wembley.

The defender joined the Whites in the summer of 2017 and made a significant impact immediately after joining the club, playing a pivotal part in the 2017/18 season as Wanderers escaped relegation on the final day of the season against Nottingham Forest.
