Managing your account
Everyone who purchases a ticket for a Bolton Wanderers fixture or registers on our database is allocated an individual Client Reference Number (CRN). Each home and away fixture has a priority sales period for current season ticket holders and/or club members. In order to be able to purchase tickets during a priority sales period, it is essential to log in to the account associated with your season ticket or membership. Creating new accounts will not allow a priority ticket entitlement to be allocated.
If you have never purchased tickets previously
If you have previously purchased tickets in person or over the phone, but never had an online account
You will need to locate your client reference number (CRN) which is printed on any previous season tickets or match tickets that have been issued to you. You then simply need to click and enter your CRN and surname, at which point you will be promoted to enter an e-mail address and password for you to use to log in on any future visits.

If you have already used Bolton Wanderers Online Ticket Office in the past
You just need to log in to your account using the e-mail address and password that you entered when first using the service. If you have forgotten your password, you can use the ‘Forgot Password’ link on the website, or alternatively call the Ticket Office on 0844 871 2932 (option 2 then option 1) or e-mail
To purchase tickets on behalf of others during the relevant priority sales period, simply add the number of tickets required to your basket. Once you have selected the 'checkout' option you will be ask to 'assign clients to seats'. You will need to input the client reference number and surname exactly as they appear on your season ticket/membership card. Please be aware that once an entitlement has been used, additional ticket requests will automatically be refused.
Match day tickets
How can I purchase match day tickets?
Tickets can be purchased online from the Bolton Wanderers Online Ticket Office , over the telephone on 0844 871 2932 (option 2 then option 1) or in person from Bolton Central, adjacent to the University of Bolton Stadium.
Can non-members purchase match day tickets?
Non-members can purchase match day tickets from open sale. However, certain matches throughout the season may only be available to supporters who have a previous booking history with us. Any fixtures that will have their ticket sales restricted in this manner will be publicised via the club’s official website .
Can away supporters purchase tickets from BWFC?
No. Tickets for the away section are allocated via the visiting club’s own selling procedures.
I have logged in to the internet but I am unable to buy match day tickets?
All match tickets are initially only available to current season ticket holders and/or club members before going on open sale. Also, certain matches throughout the season may only be available to supporters who have a previous booking history with us. Any fixtures that will have their ticket sales restricted in this manner will be publicised via the club’s official website .
I live outside the UK; will my tickets be posted to me?
Tickets will be posted up to 7 days prior to the game, after which time tickets will be held at Bolton Central for collection on match day. Alternatively, there is an option when purchasing tickets online to ‘print at home’ where your match day ticket will be emailed to you.
I have not received my tickets in the post, can my tickets be reissued?
If you have not received your match tickets in time, please contact Bolton Central on 0844 871 2932 (option 2 then option 1) and you will be guided as to what to do next. Before contacting us however, do check whether or not you chose to print your tickets at home, as the match tickets may have be dispatched to you via email.
How do I find out if the date or time of a game has changed?
Dates and kick off times will be announced in the press, the club programme and official website and may be altered at short notice.
My tickets have been held for collection on the day of the match, where do I collect them from?
Tickets held for collection on the day of a match can be collected from the Bolton Central ticket windows. You will need to confirm the details the booking was made under, including: surname and postal address. Where appropriate, please bring along your online booking confirmation as additional security.
How do I gain a refund on my match day tickets?
Refunds for match day tickets will be accepted up to 24 hours before the match. You must return the tickets to Bolton Central in person. Refunds cannot and will not be issued once the game has kicked off and the Club has the right to refuse refunds at any time.
I have won tickets for a BWFC game. Where do I collect them from?
Please refer back to the competition organiser for instructions regarding delivery or collection of your match tickets.
When do tickets go on sale for home fixtures?
I have lost my season ticket card, what should I do?
Please inform the Ticket Office either in person at Bolton Central, by calling 0844 871 2932 (option 2 then option 1) or by emailing , stating the unique client reference number along with your name, address and seat details. The cost of re-printing a season ticket card is £5.
Is parking available at the stadium?
Official parking is available at the University of Bolton Stadium. This is operated on a first come first served basis, and the stadium car parks are open from 8am on match days. Prices for all the car parks are as follows:
Mini coaches: £12
The car parks are clearly signposted from the motorway junction. Home supporters should use Car Park C (behind the North Stand, accessed via Burnden Way) and away supporters need to use Car Park A (behind the South Stand, accessed via De Havilland Way).
There are spaces available for blue badge holders on car park C (home supporters only) and car park A (away supporters only). A valid blue badge must be shown to the car park steward before entry is permitted.
