CATERING ASSISTANT

Job Title: Catering Assistant (permanent)

Reporting to: Head Chef

Department: Catering

Based at: Lostock

A full time opportunity has arisen for a Catering Assistant at Bolton Wanderers Football Club.

You will be supporting the Head Chef and take responsibility for the general day to day running of the Kitchen and ensure everything is to company standard.

Key responsibilities:

  • Be an ambassador of BWFC giving excellent customer service at all times, portraying a professional image throughout each interaction.
  • Assisting the Head Chef with basic food preparation
  • Stock refilling
  • Keeping kitchen and restaurant areas clean and tidy at all times
  • Serving food to our customers
  • Any Specific task in our catering operation

  • Basic all round knowledge of safe catering
  • Must be smart at all times

Qualifications and essential knowledge:

NVQ Level 3 in catering

Basic Food Hygiene

Please note this position is based at the Lostock Training Ground.

Hours of work Monday to Friday 7.00am - 3.30pm

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (PART-TIME)

Bolton Wanderers are looking for self-motivated Customer Service representatives to work part time hours based at the Clubs’ retail store ‘Bolton Central’ at the prestigious Macron Stadium.

At Bolton Central you will sell BWFC official merchandise, match & event tickets and lotteries to a wide range of customers many of whom will be Bolton fans.

Duties will include selling the full range of products and services in person and over the telephone. Excellent customer service skills are required, a pleasant telephone manner and the ability to work flexibly including match days. ie: weekends, and Bank Holidays are essential.

 Hours of work; four hours per week - including match days. Additional hours may be necessary at peak trading periods.
