The parent company of Bolton Wanderers Football Club is Football Ventures (Whites) Limited, which also wholly owns FVWL Football Limited (football-related activities) and FVWL Hotel Limited (hotel activities).
The board of Football Ventures (Whites) Limited is made up of Sharon Brittan (Chairman), alongside Nick Luckock and Michael James.
