Get involved in the One Bolton 5k fun run taking place on Sunday 8 July
Members of the Bolton community are being encouraged to get involved in the One Bolton 5k fun run which is taking place in just a couple of weeks' time on Sunday 8 July.Commencing at 1.30pm from Bolton Arena, the route will see participants pass through Middlebrook and the nearby nature reserve.
The Bolton Wanderers Community Trust (BWCT) welcomes people of all ages and fitness levels to lace up their trainers and participate in what is sure to be a fun afternoon.
Those who enter can run, jog or walk in support of their chosen charity, raising money for them as well as local sports clubs and groups.
Bringing together partners, communities and individuals from across the Borough to celebrate Bolton's diversity is an important part of the BWCT's on-going commitment to One Bolton.
One Bolton is about working together to ensure the town continues to be a welcoming and tolerant place where everyone - irrespective of background or belief - is welcome.
